Andrea Kullmann - Executive Director
Andrea has been the Executive Director of TLC of Hastings since it opened in 2009. Prior to accepting the position she was a volunteer counselor at another Pregnancy Resource Center in Hastings for 14 years. Her passion for life, young people and education are the driving force behind her. Andrea’s educational background is in Psychology but prides herself in her job as a mother of four and a grandmother of one. Andrea and her husband have been married for 33 years and have called Hastings their home for the past 28 years.
Cailin Sullivan – Administrative Assistant
Cailin started her role as the Administrative Assistant in February of 2017. She became involved in the pro-life movement in college at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Cailin was an active member of Wisconsin Right to Life, president of UWEC for Life, and a volunteer at the pregnancy care center in Eau Claire. She is looking forward to being able to spend time with new moms and being a source of positivity and support in their lives.
Rachel Irber - Gifts and Records Coordinator
Rachel began her position with TLC in June of 2014. She graduated from UW – Eau Claire with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and English Creative Writing. The Pro-Life movement has always been something Rachel is passionate about and she loves that her day-to-day work is making a difference in the community and the world in general. Rachel is married and she and her husband Aaron are expecting their first child in February, 2017
Ronda Pelzer – Nurse Manager
Ronda has been a registered nurse for 25 years and is a trained Faith Community Nurse, Nurse Sonographer, and Certified Lactation Counselor. Ronda began working in Pro-Life Ministry in 2006 with then New Beginnings Family Services, (now First Choice Clinic) in Red Wing. Ronda enjoys her work because she helps moms, dads and families navigate and learn during pregnancy and after childbirth. She believes that having ultrasound as an open window for discussion about the value of life is a tremendous asset.
Paula Weinzettel – Life Coach
Paula has been with TLC of Hastings since the beginning. She has acted as a volunteer, a mentor, and a support system for anyone who walked through our doors. Paula recently went through training, and now is TLC’s first licensed Life Coach. Instead of just giving advice, a life coach is someone who helps others come to their own conclusions about situations by asking powerful questions. Paula and her husband have five adult children and call Hastings their home.
